CPS Earns National Recognition for Financial Reporting Excellence

Columbia Public Schools has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting for the district’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report from the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2025.

This national recognition celebrates the district’s commitment to transparent financial reporting.

To achieve this distinction, school districts submit their documents for a rigorous peer review process conducted by experienced school finance professionals. Comments from the review panel describe the district’s report as being of high quality and commend the district for its efforts.
